  • Cambodia
Cambodia is an independent country with a population of more than 7 million people. With a surface area of 181,035 sq. km and once a French colony, is the least known Indochinese country. Cambodia is now safe to travel and tourism has once again become possible. Indeed, the country and Phnom Penh in particular is undergoing something of renaissance. OFten overshadowed by the traumatic events of its recent past, Cambodia as home of Khmer culture remains one of the most important and exotic countries

    China - Yunnan
Yunnan, province in southern China, bordering the countries of Myanmar, Laos, and Vietnam. Most of the inhabitants of Yunnan live on a relatively low plateau in the east, which includes Kunming the capital, largest city, and principal industrial center of Yunnan. An inaccessible high plateau, dissected by deep gorges, dominates the western areas. In Yunnan, there is a lot of natural scene. The places of interest here are Dian Spring, Cang Mountain in Dali, Xishuangbanna and so on. Ethnic m

    Laos
Landlocked Laos shares borders with China, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. It covers 235,000 sq km, an area slightly larger than Great Britain.

    Malaysia
This Southeast Asian country is a stark difference to the Mekong region countries in that it’s a moderate Muslim state with a vibrant society steeped in old courtesies and respect for foreigners, and far advanced in its economic and political development. Just a hop away from sizzling Singapore across the Causeway is the historic city of Melaka (Malacca as the British spelt it). It was an ancient port-city that held sway over lands on both sides of the Straits of Malacca in the 15th century but declined in importance even as successive colonial control of the Portuguese, Dutch and British tried to buttress it. It lost its port status to Penang and Singapore, the other two port-cities forming the Straits Settlements of the British era. Penang also became laid-back and herein lies its charm, whereas Singapore dashed ahead in a building frenzy. Amidst all this rush into modernity, Malaysia has kept its pockets of tranquility in its hill resorts, quiet beaches, low-keyed towns and villages.

    Myanmar
Myanmar known as Suzanna Bhumi (the Golden Earth) in the olden days for its land and rich natural resources is the largest country in South-east Aisa Peninsula shring borders with Bangladesh, India, C

    Singapore
This compact modern city of soaring skyscrapers and functional infrastructures has a Chinese majority of sophisticated yet conservative people always on the go. Shopping is good but cannot beat Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Its main attractions are the sights on Sentosa Island, Night Safari Zoo, Clarke Quay at night for an evening out. As this destination is the beginning or the end of a tour, you can arrive a few days earlier or stay back later as an extension of your chosen package.

    Thailand
Thailand is predominantly a Buddhist kingdom almost equidistant from India and China. Known by outsiders as Siam for centuries, Thailand (the land of smiles), has been something of a Southeast Asian migratory, cultural, and religious crossroads.

    Vietnam
Lying on the eastern part of the Indochinese peninsula, Vietnam is a strip of land shaped like the letter “S”. China borders it to the north, Laos and Cambodia to the west, the East Sea to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the east and south.
